How do I cancel my Sporty Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. On iPhone, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
My purchase is missing. How do I restore it?
Open Sporty Pro from your Profile and tap "Restore". Make sure you are signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account you used to buy.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store, not by Sporty. Request one through Google Play or Apple.
Does Sporty Pro have ads?
No. Sporty Pro has no ads. On the free plan you can change your ad choices in Profile → Ad privacy choices.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes daily AI analyses. They reset the next day; you can watch a rewarded ad for extra uses or go unlimited with Sporty Pro.
