Sporty; fotoğraf, barkod, yazı veya sesle öğün kaydı, kalori ve makro hedefleri, kilo ve su takibi, “Ne Yesem?” önerileri, Sporty Weekly ve Adaptive Coach gibi özelliklerle beslenme ve kilo yönetiminize yardımcı olan bir koçluk uygulamasıdır.

1. The service

Sporty is a coaching app that helps with nutrition and weight management through meal logging by photo, barcode, text or voice, calorie and macro targets, weight and water tracking, “What should I eat?” suggestions, Sporty Weekly and Adaptive Coach.

2. Hesap ve yaş

• Sporty'yi kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. 18 yaş altındaysanız ebeveyninizin onayıyla kullanmalısınız.

2. Account and age

• You must be at least 13 to use Sporty. If you are under 18, use it with a parent's permission.
• You can start as a guest and later sign up with email, Google or Apple to keep your data.
• You are responsible for giving accurate information, keeping your sign-in secure and the activity on your account.

4. Yapay zekâ sonuçları

• Fotoğraf, yazı ve ses analizleri ile öneriler tahmindir; özellikle porsiyon ve gizli içerikler (yağ, sos, şeker) hatalı olabilir.

4. AI results

• Photo, text and voice analysis and suggestions are estimates; portions and hidden ingredients (oil, sauces, sugar) in particular can be wrong.
• You are responsible for reviewing and correcting results before saving.
• AI providers, models and output quality may change over time.

5. Free plan, ads and Sporty Pro

Current daily limits are shown in the app and may change. Rewards are granted only when an ad is actually watched; automation, ad-blocking tricks or attempts to bypass limits may lead to rewards being revoked.

6. Abonelik, deneme ve iade

• Sporty Pro, Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden aylık ya da yıllık abonelik olarak satın alınır. Fiyat, vergi ve varsa deneme süresi satın almadan önce mağaza ekranında gösterilir.
• Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir ve ücret mağaza hesabınızdan alınır.
• Deneme süresi bitmeden iptal ederseniz ücretlendirilmezsiniz. Deneme sonunda abonelik ücretli döneme geçer.
• İptal: Google Play > Profil > Ödemeler ve abonelikler; iPhone'da Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar Pro'yu kapatmaz.
• İadeler mağazanın politikalarına tabidir ve Google veya Apple üzerinden talep edilir.
• Telefon değiştirdiğinizde aynı mağaza hesabıyla Sporty Pro ekranında “Geri Yükle”ye dokunun.

6. Subscriptions, trials and refunds

• Sporty Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Price, taxes and any trial are shown in the store sheet before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are charged to your store account.
• If you cancel before a trial ends you are not charged. When a trial ends it converts to a paid period.
• Cancel in Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the current period.
• Refunds follow the store's policies and are requested through Google or Apple.
• On a new phone, tap “Restore” on the Sporty Pro screen while signed in to the same store account.

7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

• Hizmeti yasalara aykırı, zararlı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden şekilde kullanmayın.
• Erişim kontrollerini, günlük limitleri veya ödeme sistemini aşmaya, uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle kopyalamaya ya da otomatik istek göndermeye çalışmayın.
• Başkasının fotoğrafını veya kişisel verisini izinsiz yüklemeyin.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, harmfully or in a way that infringes others' rights.
• Do not try to bypass access controls, daily limits or billing, reverse-engineer the app, or send automated requests.
• Do not upload other people's photos or personal data without permission.

8. İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet

Gönderdiğiniz fotoğraf ve metinlerin hakları sizde kalır. Bize yalnızca istediğiniz hizmeti sunmak için bunları saklama, işleme ve analiz etme izni verirsiniz. Sporty uygulaması, tasarımı, logosu ve içerikleri Sporty'ye aittir; size kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için devredilemez bir lisans verilir.

8. Content and intellectual property

You keep the rights to photos and text you submit and give us permission to store, process and analyse them only to provide the service you request. The Sporty app, design, logo and content belong to Sporty; you get a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use them.

9. Hizmetin değişmesi ve sona ermesi

Özellikler, limitler ve sağlayıcılar bakım, güvenlik, yasal veya teknik nedenlerle değişebilir ya da geçici olarak kesilebilir. Bu şartları ciddi biçimde ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

9. Changes and termination

Features, limits and providers may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, legal or technical reasons. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

10. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Sporty olduğu gibi sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde beslenme tahminlerinin, yapay zekâ sonuçlarının veya üçüncü taraf verilerinin doğruluğu ya da kesintisiz erişim garanti edilmez ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Bulunduğunuz yerdeki zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.

10. Limitation of liability

Sporty is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee the accuracy of nutrition estimates, AI results or third-party data, or uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights where you live remain unaffected.
