By downloading, accessing, or using the Sporty AI mobile application or website (sportyai.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Sporty AI provides workout recommendations and nutrition calculations for informational purposes only. We are not a medical organization. Consult your physician before beginning any new training program.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions to Sporty Pro are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their standard terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
